InstantSinger respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without authorization, please provide:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• Identification of the infringing material and its location
• Your contact information (address, phone, email)
• A statement of good faith belief that use is unauthorized
• A statement that the information is accurate

Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice with the same information plus a statement consenting to jurisdiction.

Repeat Infringers

We will terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
