Before using the Instant Singer website ("Service"), please read these Terms and Conditions. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

2. Intellectual Property

Our Platform is protected by intellectual property laws. You cannot use our branding without written consent. We do not claim rights to songs you process.

3. User-Generated Content

When you upload audio or other materials, you grant InstantSinger a non-exclusive right to process it. You must have all necessary rights to the content you upload.

4. Synthetic Vocal Models

Voice models are AI-generated using recordings you voluntarily provide. We're not responsible for misuse of these models. You must comply with all applicable laws.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the Service for illegal activities
• Create offensive or defamatory content
• Impersonate others without permission
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the Service

6. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Due to the computational costs of AI processing, refunds are generally not available once processing begins.

7. Limitation of Liability

InstantSinger is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for damages arising from your use of the Service.
